We keep pricing simple and honest. There are two fixed starting points, and everything else is quoted before we set off.

What affects the price?
The price of a recovery depends on a few clear things:
- Distance: how far the vehicle needs to go, and how far we travel to reach it.
- The vehicle: a small hatchback is quicker to load than a 3.5 tonne van or a low classic.
- Access: a car on a driveway is simpler than one in a low car park, a ditch or a muddy field.
- Condition: seized wheels, steering locks or accident damage can mean using dollies, skates or a winch.
You get the price first
You will always get a firm price on the phone before a truck is sent. If anything changes when we arrive, such as a car that needs winching out of a ditch rather than a simple roadside load, we tell you before doing the extra work. No surprises.
Paying
You can pay by card on the day, by bank transfer or in cash. Business invoicing is available by arrangement for garages, dealers, fleets and insurance work. Scrap cars are always paid for by bank transfer, because the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013 bans cash payments for scrap.

Is calling us cheaper than breakdown cover?
That depends on how often you break down. Breakdown cover is a yearly cost whether you use it or not. Calling us direct means you pay only when you need help, with a clear price before we set off. Many drivers without cover, or with cover but facing a long wait, simply call us when it happens. You don't need to be a member of anything to use us.
Prices for businesses
Garages, dealers, fleets and accident management companies can talk to us about regular work and invoicing by arrangement. Car transport jobs are priced per job with a fixed price agreed before booking, which makes it easy to plan auction collections or dealer deliveries.
Ways to save money
